I am hard at work wrapping up some work for one of my grad courses at AUM, but I hope to have everything knocked out by the end of this week. I am also working on some reviews of the following:
The Dresden Files Jim Butcher - I watched this short-lived series on SciFi when it was on, and this summer I have systematically read each of Butcher’s books that were the inspiration for the series. I look forward to writing up a review not of the individual books but of the series so far.
Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog - Joss Whedon delivers once again. If you want to go ahead and watch, this is still available for free on hulu.
Stumbling Toward Faith Renee Altson - We got this one yesterday, and Miranda has pretty much already finished it. I emailed Renee last night, and I am looking forward to putting together a bit of interview with her to publish on here as well.
Rookie Dad David Jacobsen - As someone seven years further down the road of fatherhood, I look forward to David’s observations.
Dear Church Sarah Cunningham - Sarah has written a great book from the perspective of 20-somethings that have grown disenfranchised with the church. I look forward to her insight.
What about you? What are you reading and watching these days?
